Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use AuraAI on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or exploit the app commercially; reverse-engineer or decompile the app; use the app to build a competing product; or remove any proprietary notices.
You retain ownership of any content you create using AuraAI (subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers). By using the AI generation features, you grant us and our AI service providers a limited license to process your prompts solely to generate and return results to you.

AuraAI may offer premium features through one-time purchases or subscriptions processed via Apple's App Store. All transactions are subject to Apple's payment terms and policies.
AuraAI, its design, logo, code, and all original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Artwork visible in the Galaxy Album feature is sourced from CivitAI's public API and is subject to the individual creators' respective licenses.

AuraAI integrates third-party services including Pollinations AI, HuggingFace, CivitAI, and Firebase. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
AuraAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, AuraAI — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to devices.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraAI and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the app, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AuraAI at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the app. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of AuraAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AuraAI shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.
